Refund policy

Refund of the money:

Through reversal of payment to credit card or Paypal: it will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the product in our facilities and verification of the status of the product and its packaging in perfect condition and unused. 
Due to company security policies, the money will always be reverted to the same account or credit card, from which the initial transaction was made.
In the case of products purchased with (digital) gift vouchers, money back does not apply. If the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased using the gift voucher, they may request an exchange for another gift voucher, as long as said product is in perfect condition and unused.
In the case of gift vouchers purchased through the Argento & Bourbon Online Store, a refund may be requested within 5 business days following the purchase of the voucher, if and only if it has not been redeemed in whole or in part.
