Shipping policy

Shipments:

Shipping is completely free for customers on purchases of [amount] or more. COP $ 250.000 (website exclusive), except when the product is purchased with a discount, in which case a single fee will be charged. COP $ 20.000 for shipments throughout the national territory of Colombia.

Our usual delivery time is up to 5 working days For areas where the shipping company delivers directly. However, please note that our delivery times may be extended up to 10 working days for cities where the carrier delivers directly and up to 15 working days For those shipments made through authorized forwarders, delivery times may be affected by factors such as the day and time of purchase, the destination, and road conditions.

For those areas where the transport company does not deliver directly, but through authorized re-shippers, delivery times can be up to 10 working days.

International deliveries

Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the country and final destination.

Import taxes, customs duties and any other charges required by the authorities of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Argento & Bourbon is not responsible for delays caused by nationalization processes, customs inspections or any other procedure carried out by the competent authorities of the destination country.

If the customer has not received their order once the stipulated period has expired, they should contact our customer service center through the line designated for this purpose in the header of the Site or by email customer service@colbrand.comOur team will contact the transport company and provide an answer as soon as possible.

If a customer requests a product exchange, the company will cover the associated shipping costs. This applies only once per order. If a customer requests a second exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Argento & Bourbon's online store ships throughout Colombia. For international purchases, shipping is subject to the availability of transport services to the destination country and the conditions established here. This applies to purchases made with any payment method (credit cards, debit cards, gift certificates, credit notes, etc.).
