It's very simple. Just contact us at Customer Service (customerservice@argentobourbon.inbox.ai) with your order number, send us the products back and we will give you new ones or make the return. Your Customer Service Assistant will guide you step by step depending on your situation.

To be able to take the Return Plan, the products must be unused and in perfect condition. Our control department will inspect each returned product to confirm eligibility for exchange or return.

First of all, can you keep a secret? Just kidding, the truth is we want the world to know that we don't take our choice of materials lightly. 

  • We use full grain Italian crosta leather, which comes from one of the most environmentally conscious processes on the market. This type of leather has open and visible pores, which improves the adhesion of the dyes we use, allowing for beauty that lasts. 
  • All our shoes are lined with Vachetta leather, which allows breathability, extra comfort and greater durability.
  • We make our pieces withn Italian waxed threads. These provide better sealing and therefore protection against water, as well as flexibility and resistance.
  • All our shoes come with insole Memory Foam, for greater comfort, support and to ensure that your feet feel comfortable all day. 
  • We offer a wide variety of soles to suit all styles. These can be made of leather, EVA or natural rubber, and provide maximum comfort, lightness and durability.

We are happy to offer 6 month warranty; enough time to check that your shoes have no manufacturing or material defects. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage due to regular use. If your shoes have this type of damage, please write to us at Customer Service (customerservice@argentobourbon.inbox.ai), we will find the solution.
